Russell is a super sweet & playful guy. He has a funny little meow and makes everyone laugh with his antics. He plays well with all the of the other cats in his foster home. He would do well with children and he is not afraid of anything. He has not been around dogs, but his foster Mom knows he would do just fine with them because of his easy going personality.
